Thank You Jesus!

Can I just praise God for a second?.. When I felt like the Lord was calling me to resign from a job and position I loved to stay home with my babies I was terrified. I tried to barter with him and talk my way out of it.

But what’s crazy to me is that in staying home with my babies it’s given me a unique opportunity to full force pursue writing and being an author. When I started booking events I felt like such an imposter and in over my head, but the Lord has taken that dream and multiplied it. Just a few months ago we had so many “what ifs”.

Where were we going to live?

What was Drew going to do for work?

And now, in our new home, in our hometown, I am booking events for NEXT summer.

You can’t convince me that God didn’t have a hand in that. That even in my fearful obedience he was looking forward.
